How do I view my submitted business

From the top menu tabs click on the Business tab, choose Agent Policy List. This will show all your applicants you have submitted, and they are in the process in new business or underwriting. You will see many statuses

 

1. Data Entry- Initial Process of Application
2. Pending Information-Missing items to process application
3. Pending Agent Appointment- Application is Processed but the agent’s state appointment needs to be updated
4. Underwriting-Health History Review
5. Pending PHI- Pending Telephone Interview for Applicant
6. Withdrawn-Application Closed
7. Not Taken- Policy Cancelled within the freelook period
8. Declined-Not eligible for coverage
9. Approved, Pending Premium Draft- Application Approved but pending  initial draft
10. Active, Premium Paying/ Inforce-Premium Paying-Policy is Approved and Premium has posted
11. Lapsed- Coverage was terminated because we were unable to collect premium
12. Cancelled at Policyholders Request-Policyholder requested to cancel policy
13. Pending Release-Policy is pending the final review to be released/made active
