Under the DVH Select plan, when can dentures, bridges, or partial dentures be replaced?

Under the DVH Select plan, dentures, bridges, and partial dentures are eligible for replacement benefits only after 8 years from the date of the original installation.

Benefits are not payable for the replacement of third molars (wisdom teeth) or for a portion of a tooth lost due to root amputation or hemisection.
