When an agent/client selects the "email communication" option on an application, are physical copies of the policy and ID card still mailed or is all correspondence handled electronically? 

Yes, we are still mailing physical copies of the policy and ID Card (if applicable), even when "Email communication" is selected. Currently, only DVH (Dental, Vision, Hearing) policies are sent electronically. Selecting "Yes" for email consent does not transition all correspondence to electronic delivery. Expanding this functionality to all policies is in progress but not yet implemented.
